The Philadelphia Bourse across from historic Independence Hall, originally constructed in 1895, was renovated by the Kaiserman organization from 1979 - 1981. This ten story restoration consists of 286,000 square feet of office space with 30,000 square feet of retail and a food court on the ground level.

Kaiserman Company, Inc. founded in the 1920's by Kevy K. Kaiserman, the Kaiserman organization has been developing, acquiring and managing real estate for over three quarters of a century. Kenneth Kaiserman, now president of the company, believes in holding properties for the long term. The company's history includes creating new commercial and residential assets throughout greater Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware.
